New Horton Lake Inn Rates
Rental of Full Inn $1900 per week plus tax for July. Rental of Full Inn $2900 for first two weeks of August. Rental of Full Inn $1900 for the last two weeks of August. Off Season Rates (September to June) $1800 per week plus tax or $900 per weekend (2 nights) plus tax. A 50% non-refundable deposit for full Inn rental is due at time of booking. All full Inn rentals are subject to our rental policy which you can downloaded here. Weeks the Inn is not rented out the rooms below are $95.00 to $140.00, plus tax, per night, based on double occupancy.  Extra person in room $10.00, plus tax, per night.  Children ten and under are free.

Room One
Room One has a view of the lake and farm. It has a queen sized bed, in-room movies, private bathroom.
Room Two
Room Two has a view of the lake and the forest. It has a queen sized bed, in-room movies, private bathroom.

Room Three
Room Three has a view of the forest. It has two queen sized beds, in-room movies, private bathroom.

Room Four
Room Four has a view of the farm. It has two queen sized beds, in-room movies, private bathroom.

Room Five
Room Five has a view of the forest. It is on the main floor and has a walk-in shower for easy access. It has a queen sized bed, in-room movies, private bathroom.
Room Six
Room Six has a view of the farm. It is located on the lower floor and has two double beds, in-room movies, private bathroom with shower.

Mini Apartment
Located above Clyde and Virginia's home, with a view of the lake, It has a queen sized bed, double futon, twin bunk, a fully stocked mini kitchen, in-room coffee, movies and a private bathroom with shower.

All rooms throughout the Inn have hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles. We strive for allergen free throughout the Inn so pets are not allowed. We do allow pets in the Mini Apartment and also the Vacation House. The canoes, paddle boat and kayak are available for all guests to use. There are also laundry facilities available for all guests.
